You may not use Occlune to create or distribute:

  • Content that exploits or harms minors
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals
  • Content that promotes violence or terrorism
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Malware, phishing, or other harmful technical content
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

AI-Generated Content

Some of our products use AI to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. Do not use AI-generated content in ways that violate this policy or applicable laws.

LUCA specifically: LUCA is a research project exploring conversational approaches. It is not conscious, sentient, or a substitute for human interaction or professional support. Do not use LUCA for mental health support.
