Guidelines for a constructive, honest community—especially for Atlas users.
Our Principles
Occlune's community features exist to help job seekers share real experiences and help each other. These guidelines ensure the community remains useful and trustworthy.
For Atlas & Reviews
Be Honest
- Share genuine experiences from interviews and employment
- Don't exaggerate, fabricate, or misrepresent situations
- Clearly distinguish facts from opinions
- Update or correct information if you learn it was inaccurate
Be Specific
- Include relevant details: role level, department, location, timeframe
- Describe processes: interview rounds, timeline, types of assessments
- Mention both positives and negatives for balanced reviews
Be Respectful
- Criticize processes and policies, not individual people
- Avoid naming specific interviewers or employees
- Don't share confidential or proprietary information
- Keep it professional—no personal attacks or harassment
Protect Yourself
- You can post anonymously—use this if needed
- Don't include information that could identify you if you want to stay anonymous
- Be aware of any NDAs or confidentiality agreements you've signed
What's Not Allowed
- Fake reviews: Content from people who didn't actually interview or work there
- Promotional content: Advertising, spam, or content meant to promote a company
- Harassment: Targeting individuals, doxxing, threats, or bullying
- Discrimination: Content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
- Confidential information: Trade secrets, proprietary information, or private data
- Illegal content: Content that violates laws or encourages illegal activity
Moderation
We review content for compliance with these guidelines. Content that violates guidelines may be removed. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
Companies cannot request removal of honest reviews. We only remove content that violates these guidelines or is demonstrably false.
Reporting
If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it. We review all reports and take action when appropriate.

Responding to Reviews
We do not currently allow company responses to reviews. This may change in the future, but our priority is maintaining a candidate-focused platform.
Updates
We may update these guidelines as our community grows. Changes will be communicated through our platform.
